This is the third blog in a series of four related to the important aspects of training to prepare you for skiing and snowboarding. The topics covered so far have been endurance and strength. This may be an obvious one, but you need to have good balance for skiing and snowboarding! Mountains are riddled with unexpected obstacles and you need to be able to react to these appropriately so that you can reduce your risk of injury.  First things first.
